Drones

Drones is a hands-on aerospace and embedded systems project: designing, assembling, configuring, tuning and safely testing a high-performance FPV racing drone.

Members work with drone frames, brushless motors, ESCs, flight controllers, power systems, soldering, radio links, FPV video, Betaflight configuration, PID tuning, flight testing, crash repair and safety protocols. The aim is not only to build a racing drone, but to understand the engineering decisions behind stable, fast and reliable flight.
