We are building our own 3D printer, from the frame and motion system to the electronics and firmware.

What we do

3D Printers is building a working 3D printer from scratch. The team designs and assembles the machine itself: the frame, the motion system that moves the print head, the heated bed, the electronics and the firmware that drives them.

Most of the work is in the tuning: calibrating the axes, temperatures and extrusion until what the printer makes matches what it was told to make.
