RC Planes
Build a remote-controlled plane from raw materials, then fly it in front of a crowd.
Runs a category at PsiFi.
What we do
RC Planes is PsiFi’s aeromodelling category. Teams design and build their own remote-controlled aircraft, applying aerodynamics, mechanics and control to a plane that has to perform within the competition’s limits.
Every choice shows up in the air: the shape of the airframe, where the weight sits, the propulsion, the controls. It ends in live flight trials, where a plane has to take off and fly its laps.
